FactoryPal

Valmet and Körber closed the agreement for Valmet to acquire majority shares in FactoryPal, a software company focused on shopfloor manufacturing performance. FactoryPal will continue as its own legal entity under existing brand.

Valmet and Körber reached a joint venture agreement on May 29, 2024, under which Valmet will become the majority shareholder of FactoryPal, a software venture of Körber for tissue converting operations. The closing is estimated at earliest on August 1, 2024.
