UltraTech Cement, through its subsidiary UltraTech Cement Middle East Investments Ltd, made a partial conditional cash offer to acquire a 31.6% stake in UAE-based RAK Cement Co for White Cement and Construction Materials PSC. The offer period runs from May 28 to June 24, 2024.
