KSB, a pumps and valves manufacturer, has concluded new credit lines totalling EUR 550 million with a consortium of six banks, including a EUR 300 million revolving facility and a EUR 250 million guarantee facility. The term is five years with options to extend by up to two years. Hengeler Mueller advised on the financing.
