Enersol, a joint venture between ADNOC Drilling and Alpha Dhabi, has agreed to acquire a 51% equity stake in NTS AMEGA for approximately $58 million. NTS AMEGA is a global manufacturer of precision equipment for the energy sector.

NTS Amega Global completed the acquisition of Steinsvik Production AS, a machining services company supporting energy clients in the North Sea, with operations at its Frakkagjerd facility continuing and production capacity increasing.
