ADQ Aviation and Aerospace Services LLC offered to transfer 100% of Advanced Military Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Centre LLC, 100% of Etihad Airways Engineering LLC, and 50% of Global Aerospace Logistics LLC to Abu Dhabi Aviation in a reverse merger valued at AED 4 billion. Shareholders approved the transaction in May 2023.
