AeroVironment will acquire BlueHalo in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $4.1 billion, creating a diversified defense technology company.

Mercury Systems announced a production agreement with BlueHalo to provide an FPGA-based common signal acquisition and digital beamforming solution for BlueHalo's BADGER system, supporting the U.S. Space Force's SCAR program. The agreement was finalized in January 2024.
