Manila Water Philippine Ventures

Manila Water Philippine Ventures signed an SPA to acquire 70% of Equipacific HoldCo Inc., which holds 90% of Laguna Water District Aquatech Resources Corp., for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition expands MWPV's service coverage in Laguna from 21% to 27%.
