PERFINOX

PERFINOX is expanding its facilities in Arouca, Portugal, to increase capacity to design and manufacture food processing systems and equipment, and to reinforce its Technology Center.

Krones signed agreements on April 16, 2024, to acquire a 45% equity stake in Perfinox Industria Metalurgica, a Portuguese provider of solutions for high-viscous food products such as hummus, ketchup, and condiments. The investment strengthens Krones' process technology segment.
