Grifal acquires Cornelli's corrugated cardboard packaging division in Cremona
Italian packaging group Grifal agreed to acquire 100% of a newco receiving the operating division of Cornelli, which makes corrugated cardboard boxes and branding for packaging, in a deal stated as EUR 1.257 billion.
