DG Innovate signed a joint venture agreement with EVage Automotive to manufacture and supply Pareta e-drives in Chandigarh, India. DGI will own 60% and EVage 40% of the JV, which aims to produce approximately 100,000 units over four years.

DG Innovate plc signed a Memorandum of Understanding with EVage Automotive Pvt. Limited to establish a joint venture in Chandigarh, India, to manufacture Pareta e-drives. The JV will be 60% owned by DG Innovate and 40% by EVage, targeting manufacturing start within 12 months.
