Yachiyo India Manufacturing Private Limited

Samvardhana Motherson's subsidiary MSSL Mideast (FZE) will acquire 100% of Yachiyo India Manufacturing Private Limited. The closing is expected within March 2024.

MSSL Mideast, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited, will acquire 100% of Yachiyo India Manufacturing Private Limited, an Indian subsidiary of Yachiyo Industry Co. The deal is expected to close by March 2024.
