AST breaks ground on FC-BGA substrate factory in Singapore
Advanced Substrate Technologies Pte. Ltd. (AST), a subsidiary of TOPPAN Holdings, broke ground on a new factory in Singapore to manufacture high-end FC-BGA substrates for semiconductors. The facility will also conduct R&D and is expected to start production by the end of 2026.
