cunova to go public via SPAC merger and acquire KME Aerospace
cunova GmbH and SDCL EDGE Acquisition Corporation announced a definitive business combination agreement that will make cunova a publicly listed company on the NYSE. Simultaneously, cunova will acquire KME Group's aerospace specialty metals business. The combined company is expected to have an enterprise value of approximately US$736 million.
