Café William held the grand opening of its new energy-efficient factory in Sherbrooke, Quebec, which operates the world's first 100% electric industrial roaster. The $47 million investment includes $19 million for energy-efficiency technologies, with an annual roasting capacity of up to 20 million pounds of coffee.
