ADC Aerospace, a manufacturer of turnkey die-cast parts for aerospace and defense, acquired Hyatt Die Cast & Engineering Corporation, a maker of aluminum and zinc die castings. Terms were not disclosed.

ADC Aerospace, a manufacturer of die-cast parts for aerospace and other markets, has acquired Cast-Rite Corporation, a provider of die casting and fabrication solutions. The Cast-Rite business will be transitioned into ADC's Buena Park facilities over four months.
