NEIP III

The Taylor Group, a US manufacturer of heavy industrial lift equipment, has acquired 85% of the shares of CVS Ferrari, an Italian manufacturer of mobile container handling and heavy cargo handling equipment. NEIP III exits completely, while BP retains 10% and SDB retains 5%.

The Taylor Group has acquired 85% of the shares of CVS Ferrari, an Italian manufacturer of mobile container and heavy cargo handling equipment, from NEIP III and BP. CVS operates two plants in Italy and employs 120 people.
