Cryopeak LNG Solutions Corporation and Ferus Natural Gas Fuels Inc. merged to form Cryopeak Energy Solutions Corporation, which also acquired all LNG assets from Campus Energy Partners Infrastructure LP, including a production facility in Dawson Creek, British Columbia.
