GTCR announced on October 1, 2021 its acquisition of PPC Flexible Packaging, a Buffalo Grove, Illinois maker of flexible packaging, from seller MSCP. PPC had completed seven acquisitions under MSCP's ownership.
Funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners completed an investment in AWT, a provider of labels and flexible packaging, buying from Mason Wells. The deal was completed in December 2020.
