IDEX to acquire ABEL Pumps from Hillenbrand for $103.5M
Hillenbrand agreed to sell Abel Pumps L.P. and affiliates to IDEX Corporation for $103.5 million in cash, subject to post-closing adjustments. The deal is expected to close in Hillenbrand's second fiscal quarter.
