Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited received environmental clearance from the Rajasthan SEIAA to expand ABS resin production to 200,000 TPA and SAN resin to 25,000 TPA at its Ambaji Industrial Area plant. Initial expansion to 145,000 TPA is planned by March 2026.

Bhansali Engineering Polymers issued a Letter of Award to Toyo Engineering India for Front-End Engineering Design and CAPEX Cost Estimation for a brownfield ABS expansion project. The project will increase ABS production capacity from 75,000 TPA to 145,000 TPA at plants in Abu Road, Rajasthan and Satnoor, Madhya Pradesh.

Toyo Engineering India Private Limited was awarded a contract by Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited in January 2024 for Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and capex cost estimation for a brownfield ABS expansion project, increasing capacity from 75,000 TPA to 145,000 TPA at plants in Abu Road, Rajasthan and Satnoor, Madhya Pradesh.
