DeZURIK completes acquisition of Hillenbrand's Red Valve business for $63 million
DeZURIK acquired Hillenbrand's Red Valve business on December 31, 2020 at an enterprise value of $63 million, including a $58 million cash payment and a $5 million note. Hillenbrand announced the completed sale on January 4, 2021.
