Brenntag Essentials, a division of Brenntag, acquired the UK-based Solventis Group, which includes entities such as Solventis, Kilfrost Europe, and Antwerp Distillation Company. The group had annual sales of over EUR 300 million in 2022 and operates sites in Scunthorpe, UK, and Antwerp, Belgium.
