ProAmpac acquires RA Pacaisti Teo packaging maker in Gaoth Dobhair, Donegal
US-based ProAmpac Holdings acquired RA Pacaisti Teo from Ludgate Investments, with plans to expand manufacturing of primary packaging for ready-to-eat foods. The company keeps its Donegal and London operations and terms were not disclosed.
