MNE Group

Trelleborg, through Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, signed an agreement to acquire MNE Group (Materials Nano Engineering and Materials Nano Solution), a South Korean manufacturer of high-performance specialty seals for semiconductor production equipment. The purchase price is approximately SEK 650 million on a cash and debt-free basis.
