Mondi to acquire 90.38% of Turkish corrugated packaging maker Olmuksan from International Paper
Mondi agreed to acquire a 90.38% stake in Olmuksan International Paper Ambalaj, a listed Turkish corrugated packaging producer with five plants, from International Paper for €66 million, with completion expected in the first half of 2021.
