Wajax's Tundra Process Solutions acquires Powell Valve from Powell Canada
Tundra Process Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wajax Corporation, has acquired Powell Valve, the valve business division of Powell Canada Inc. Powell Valve has 38 employees and three facilities, which will expand Tundra's valve servicing capabilities and geographic reach.
