Foodmate, a portfolio company of Carlyle and Warburg Pincus, has acquired Barth Industrial Automation, a supplier of weighing, sorting, cutting and deboning technologies for poultry, to expand its technology offering.

Foodmate B.V., a poultry processing equipment manufacturer, has acquired Barth Industrial Automation, a provider of engineering, vision, robotics and automation solutions for the food industry.
