Toshiba to build new power semiconductor facility at Jilu plant in Japan
Toshiba Electronic Components & Storage Devices will build a new back-end production facility for power semiconductors at its Jilu Semiconductor Plant in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. Construction begins June 2024, with production scheduled for spring 2025, more than doubling vehicle power semiconductor capacity vs FY2022.
