Merlinhawk Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. and Italy's Vega Composites S.r.l. signed a joint venture agreement to establish a manufacturing and design facility in Tamil Nadu's defence corridor for advanced composites. The new entity is Merlinhawk Composites and Engineering Private Limited.

Merlinhawk Aerospace Pvt Ltd signed a joint venture agreement with Vega Composites S.r.l. to establish a composites manufacturing and design facility in the Defence Corridor in Tamil Nadu, India, targeting aerospace, marine, land, railway and hydrogen storage markets.
