CLS acquires Degrocar, becoming Italian distributor of Mitsubishi forklifts
CLS, a TESYA Group company, signed a binding agreement in December 2023 to acquire Degrocar, the sole Italian distributor of Mitsubishi forklift trucks. The deal adds Mitsubishi electric, diesel, and warehouse forklifts to CLS's portfolio.

CLS (TESYA Group) to acquire Degrocar's forklift distribution business
CLS, part of the TESYA Group, has signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of the company to which Degrocar will contribute its main assets, including the distribution of Mitsubishi forklifts in Italy. The closing is expected by December 31, 2023.
