Cordenka

BÜFA Composites announced partnerships with Cordenka, a manufacturer of rayon fibres, and EcoTechnilin, a supplier of natural fibre products. The partnerships aim to enrich BÜFA's product portfolio with sustainable alternatives.

BMC Europe Fund I, a Chinese-backed PE vehicle, has acquired German industrial textiles manufacturer Cordenka from Chequers Capital for €240 million ($274 million).
