Imker Group, through its Luxembourg subsidiary Rucio Investment, plans to acquire a stake of more than 25% in Germany's folding carton manufacturer Faller Packaging.
German packaging producer August Faller plans to add a new folding carton plant in Horsens, Denmark, investing between EUR 10 million and EUR 15 million. The plant will expand its folding carton production in Denmark.
August Faller, part of Faller Packaging, is installing a Koenig & Bauer Rapida 76 double-coater offset press at its Łódź plant in Poland, due to enter production in spring 2021 and raise carton output to about 1 billion units per year.
