Synaffix

Synaffix plans to increase its personnel from 35 to 50 in the next year, expand its facilities, and increase manufacturing R&D capacity following its acquisition by Lonza in June 2023.

Synaffix, a Lonza subsidiary, has signed a licensing deal with Sotio Biotech worth up to $740 million, allowing Sotio to use Synaffix's ADC technology for one bioconjugate program, with potential expansion to two more.
