Tjoapack

Alcami Corporation signed a definitive agreement to acquire Tjoapack, a contract packaging organization with facilities in Clinton, Tennessee and Etten-Leur, Netherlands. The deal was announced on 21 April 2026.

Tjoapack will invest more than €10 million over the next two years in its Etten-Leur site, growing it from 8,500 m2 to 11,500 m2 and adding eight production lines to double oral solid dose packaging capacity to over four billion tablets a year.
