Hitachi Power Semiconductor Device

MinebeaMitsumi has acquired Hitachi Power Semiconductor Device and renamed it Minebea Power Semiconductor Device Inc. The acquisition strengthens MinebeaMitsumi's core products in high-precision and mass-production technologies.

MinebeaMitsumi completed the acquisition of all shares of Hitachi Power Semiconductor Device from Hitachi, Ltd., and the related overseas sales business, renaming the entity to Minebea Power Semiconductor Device Inc.

Hitachi Power Semiconductor Device Ltd. and Sagar Semiconductors Pvt. signed an MoU for joint marketing, new product development, and technology transfer of high-voltage diodes. Sagar Semi plans to set up a manufacturing facility for high-voltage semiconductors in India.

MINEBEA MITSUMI has acquired the shares of Hitachi Power Semiconductor Device from Hitachi, Ltd., making it a subsidiary. The deal also includes overseas sales related to Hitachi's power device business.

Minebea Mitsumi Inc. has decided to acquire all shares of Hitachi Power Semiconductor Device, Ltd. from Hitachi, Ltd., making it a subsidiary, and also acquire the overseas sales business of Hitachi's power device business.

Hitachi signed an agreement to transfer all shares of its subsidiary Hitachi Power Semiconductor Device to MinebeaMitsumi Inc.
