Pacteon Group

Pacteon Group, a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners, acquired Descon Integrated Conveyor Solutions, a provider of integrated conveyor systems for the food and beverage industry. This is Pacteon's fourth acquisition.

ESS Technologies, a subsidiary of Pacteon Group, will invest $1.6 million to expand its Montgomery County operations into a larger 40,000 square foot facility in Christiansburg, Virginia, creating 27 new jobs. The company will consolidate its Giles and Montgomery locations.

Schneider Packaging Equipment, a Pacteon Group company, announced a strategic licensing agreement with ITW Hartness Division to offer high-speed robotic palletizing solutions, including the Hartness High-Speed Layer Palletizing Tool.
