Arc Building Products

Bostik acquired ARC Building Products, a specialist in tile adhesives and building chemicals, to strengthen its position in the Irish construction adhesives market. Bostik will also invest in the Arklow site to increase local production.

Arkema, through its Bostik segment, has agreed to acquire Arc Building Products, an Irish manufacturer of tile adhesives, floor preparation systems, and building chemicals with annual sales of about €15 million. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2024.
