Zhuhai Luofu New Material Technology announced on October 24, 2023, plans to build a high-end paint coating project in Nanshui Town, Jinwan District, Zhuhai, with a total investment of CNY400 million. The plant will have an annual output of 98,000 tonnes of coatings, resins, inks, adhesives and photoresists.
