The LCBO said it will issue an RFP limited to Ontario companies to replace its more than CAD 10 million paper bag supply contract with Rosenbloom Groupe, with a new contract expected by summer 2026.
Flexible packaging company ProAmpac, a portfolio company of Pritzker Private Capital, acquired Canadian packaging manufacturers Rosenbloom Groupe, Hymopack and Dyne-A-Pak. The deal was reported on 2 December 2020.
