Comar

Sterling-backed Precision Concepts International (PCI) acquired Comar, a Voorhees, New Jersey producer of consumer and healthcare rigid packaging and plastic medical products. No financial terms were disclosed.

Plastic packaging provider Comar is developing a new manufacturing facility of about 159,000 square feet in Vineland, New Jersey, to expand capacity from its Buena site. Groundbreaking took place in November 2020 with completion expected in March 2021.
