Ember Infrastructure Management

Ember SPV I Purchaser Inc., controlled by Ember Infrastructure Management, will acquire all outstanding shares of H2O Innovation for C$4.25 per share. The Superior Court of Québec issued a final order on December 1, 2023, and the deal is expected to close in the coming days.

H2O Innovation has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Ember Infrastructure Management, alongside IQ, CDPQ and management. Shareholders will receive $4.25 per share in cash, valuing the deal at a premium.
