Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. has finalized the acquisition of Miranda Water Treatment Systems, executed by its Ontario subsidiary. The deal includes the transfer of Miranda shares, and Michael Skinner of Viva Industries has become Chairman and CEO of Miranda.

Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. and Miranda Water Treatment Systems signed a binding Share Purchase Agreement and Shareholder Agreement for Rainmaker to acquire Miranda shares. The acquisition is being executed by a subsidiary jointly owned by Rainmaker and Viva Industries.
