AirX Climate Solutions

AirX Climate Solutions acquired AboveAir Technologies, a specialty HVAC provider for data centers. AboveAir will become a new division, and ACS will invest in manufacturing capacity at AboveAir's new 100,000-square-foot facility in Frederick, Maryland.

Gryphon Investors agreed to acquire AirX Climate Solutions, a specialty HVAC manufacturer and service provider, from private equity firm L Catterton. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2023. Financial terms were not disclosed.
