Town of New Tecumseth

The expansion of the Raymond A. Barker Water Treatment Plant in Collingwood, Ontario, saw its lowest bid come in at approximately $270 million, nearly double the previous estimate of $121 million. The project will increase capacity from 32,000 to 59,000 cubic metres per day.
