Private investment firm Graham Partners acquired Berry Global's North American extrusion, converting and coating business. It will combine with Graham's Advanced Barrier Extrusions (ABX) and operate under the ABX name.
Advanced Barrier Extrusions, owned by Graham Partners, agreed in October 2020 to acquire Berry Global's U.S. flexible packaging converter business for $140 million. The business comprises six printing and laminating facilities and will operate under the ABX name.
