HB4 Group

HB4 Holding, controlled by the Bruno family, has acquired a majority stake in Reinova, an Italian developer of hybrid and electric powertrain components. The deal includes a €4 million capital increase and Reinova's transformation into a joint-stock company.

Exro Technologies began production of its Coil Driver inverter technology at its Calgary facility, backed by purchase orders from HB4 Group and Vicinity Motor Corp.
