BYD Electronic (International) Company Limited completed the acquisition of product manufacturing businesses located in Chengdu and Wuxi from Jabil Circuit Pte. Ltd. for CNY 14.29 billion.

BYD Electronic (International) Company Limited agreed to acquire Jabil Inc.'s mobile electronics manufacturing business in China for 15.8 billion yuan ($2.2 billion). The deal will expand BYD Electronic's customer base and smartphone components business.

Jabil Inc. announced a preliminary agreement with BYD Electronic (International) Company Limited to sell its Mobility business in a potential transaction valued at approximately $2.2 billion. The deal is subject to due diligence, definitive agreement, and regulatory approvals.
