Bharat Heavy Electricals received a Letter of Intent from Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company for the EPC package of the 2x660 MW Korba West Super Thermal Power Project, valued at Rs 11,800 crore.

Bridge and Roof Company (India) Limited won two EPC contracts worth Rs 1,590 crore from Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company to install flue gas desulphurisation plants at Korba and Marwa thermal power stations. The projects are to be completed within 30 months.
