Beixin Waterproof

Beixin Waterproof, a subsidiary of Beixin Building Materials, completed the acquisition of 80% stakes in Yuanda Hongyu (Tangshan) and Yuanda Hongyu (Suzhou) for approximately 418 million yuan. The deal was finalized at a joint restructuring conference on January 6, 2026.

BNBM's subsidiary Beixin Waterproof plans to build a 28,000-ton-per-year polyester spunbond tire cord fabric production line in Jinzhou, Liaoning. The project has a total investment of CNY 284 million and a construction period of 12 months.
