CES Power

CES Power, backed by Allied Industrial Partners, has acquired ABird Limited and Apex Generators Limited from HSS Hire Group. The acquisition expands CES Power's presence in the UK and Europe with portable power solutions for industrial and event use.

CES Power LLC acquired Infinite Power, a provider of temporary mobile power and climate control solutions based in Beltsville, Maryland. Terms were not disclosed. The acquisition gives CES Power a new hub in the Washington-Baltimore area.
